Chris Bradshaw has owned and managed Wild Africa Safaris Inc. since 1992. Originally trained as a lawyer in his native Zimbabwe, Chris re-trained in tourism when he and his family re-located to Canada in the early 1990's. He chose tourism as his new career as he wanted to keep in touch with his African roots and he envisioned helping others plan their journeys to this magnificent part of the world.
Douglas Grimes, President and founder of MIR Corporation, created the company based on his work in citizen diplomacy, in a mid-1980s effort to improve Soviet-American relations. He is the most well traveled member of the team, having made almost 100 trips to our destinations. Whether exploring archaeological sites in Central Asia and the Caucasus, or personally inspecting any of our half-dozen international offices, Douglas' trips have spanned MIR's destinations since its inception. 
Karen, herself an Aussie, is the founder and president of Australia 2000 Travel and president of Australia/New Zealand Down Under Travel. It is this passion that has propelled her exploratory quest to amass her remarkable first hand knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tahiti.
